Please note: While we strive for timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once your item has been shipped.

International Shipping

  • Available to select destinations only
  • Customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and tariffs
  • Payment via bank wire
  • Customs delays are beyond our control
  • International orders are not eligible for refunds. Items may be returned for store credit if received by Reese Douglass Diamonds within 30 days of the original delivery date

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. Returns are eligible for items received by Reese Douglas Diamonds within 30 days of the original delivery date, unless otherwise stated. Return Authorization (RA) is required.

Loose Diamonds & Gemstones

  • Customers may return one loose diamond or gemstone for a full refund per 60-day period. Subsequent returns within that period are eligible for store credit only.

Non-Custom Jewelry

  • Stock items may be returned for a full refund if received within 15 days of confirmed delivery date and in original condition

Custom & Made-to-Order Jewelry

  • Made-to-order items may be returned within 30 days subject to a 35% restocking fee
  • Custom designs may not be eligible for return once production begins; if eligible, a 35% restocking fee applies

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

  • Special order diamonds and gemstones
  • Resized rings
  • Engraved items
  • Any modified or personalized items
  • Other items marked “Final Sale”

Return Conditions

  • Must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
  • Include original packaging and grading report
  • No third-party resizing or repairs
  • Security tags must remain intact

Store Credit

  • Non-transferable, no cash value
  • Expires 12 months from the original delivery date

Missing Certificate Fee

  • $250 deducted if the original grading report is not returned with the item

 

Return Shipping Instructions

To ensure safe returns:

  • Use a fully insured, trackable shipping service (e.g., FedEx or UPS)
  • Double-box your jewelry (original box inside a larger box)
  • Include RA form, all original documents, and certificates
  • Retain your shipment receipt
  • Please ensure your return is fully insured, as responsibility for the shipment remains with the customer until our team confirms receipt

Inspection & Refunds

  • Upon receipt, items are inspected for condition, authenticity, and grading report
  • Inspection typically takes 3–5 business days
  • Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Restocking fees may apply for excessive returns or policy abuse

Items Failing Inspection

  • Items returned that do not meet return conditions will be sent back to you
  • $100 processing fee will be deducted from the refund
